New payment option at the Warnford pavilion

Card payment machine installed…

A new season and a new, simpler way to pay match fees, bar bills and regalia purchases.

A card payment machine has been installed which will take contactless and PIN transactions to make it easier for Hogs to settle their dues on match days. Match fees will no longer be paid through Pitchero but the system will continue to be fully utilised to manage player availability with Emma’s invaluable help.

Over time, the aim is to move to a “cashless pavilion.” For this season, card and cash payments will be accepted but not cheques. Match Managers will be responsible for ensuring all match fees are settled on the day – the card machine is portable so it can be “walked” around the dressing room. As in other seasons, regalia purchases need to be collected on the day and can be paid for by card. The opposition can make one payment on the day if they prefer. The card machine will be available for Duty Bar Stewards to use in collecting payments.

Rob White and Tim Durston will be available on match days to familiarise Match Managers and Bar Stewards with the card machine.

Best regards
Rob & Tim
