U16 Frank Higgs Day – 30.05.22
Team Talbot-Williams took on Team Foster in the annual U16 Frank Higgs Day.
Despite the weather in the morning meaning the U13 game was abandoned, we managed to play the full game with only rain during the final few overs.
Team Talbot-Williams won the toss and put Team Foster in to bat.
Team Foster 181 all out (26.5 overs) – good batting performances from Jimmy J 47*, Ben M 46, Seb R 34 and Harry S 24. 2 wickets a piece for Ollie M (2-29), Dom H (2-37) and Rory M (2-11)
In reply, Team Talbot-Williams scored 182-6 (22.1 overs) with a lovely 43* from Rory A-G supported by Peter Burnand 34 and Ollie LB 25*. Samuel S (2-13) being the star bowler in this team.
